A deep Transformational “Heartbeat” process
with Sangeet and assistants
I have been working on myself for most of my life but the last 5 years have been even more intense and was inspired and supported on my journey with such processes as “ the Path of Love” and deep trauma work. One of the most amazing things I discovered was: that it is possible with the right environment to have some powerful moments of transformation, grace and deep insights that last! The Five Rhythms also have the potential to take us to those places, but it is essential to have more time so You are actually able to experience the fact that each Rhythm or quality is in itself an aspect of your essential nature and also: the deepest journey of the 5 Rhythms leads You back home - to your source.
This process is an invitation to create a refuge; a short break from the pressures of the outside world, build a community where we can give and receive support and don’t need to wear masks to be accepted as we are.
Although we will be working deeply and long (mostly around 10 hours a day), there will be no pushing, the invitation is to discover your own quality and tempo, it is for anyone who is ready, the only prerequisite is to have done at least one 5 Rhythms workshop with an authorised teacher, otherwise no previous experience in dance or therapy are needed, but it is for people who are at the right point in their lives to take steps toward their own transformation. All participants are required to talk to me before applying, so that we can both find out if You are really at that place.
The second level - “Heartbeat” work, is about the healing of the emotions through movement, dance and expression.
We will be in a beautiful country seminar house in the Black Forest in Germany and we will also spend some time working outside with nature and the elements.
There will only be a limited number of places so early booking is highly recommended.
