5 Rhythms New Year Workshop 2011 / 2012

Celebrating New Year is the best time I know for looking back, reflecting on what was and seeing if I am unnecessarily holding on to anything which is not mine. We have the possibility to look at old habits and patterns, dance our dreams, experiment and play with consciously recreating our lives and world. It is a time to go inwards and see where we have lost our way, with support and the maps of the 5 Rhythms Conscious Movement Practice we can start to see the steps we need to take. We will also be using simple rituals, meditations and other techniques to come back to our essence and potential and as a deep inner cleansing will be spending some time in a Sweat lodge with an experienced Shaman.
Only as we empty ourselves, can we then truly open our arms, welcome the new and create something different for ourselves so that this time our wishes, dreams and affirmations for the new year have a better chance coming true. This is a time for us and a good opportunity to start forgiving and loving our selves again.
This is the 4th time I will be leading this Group and it fills up pretty quickly so please book early.

The Workshop begins: Tuesday 13.00 and ends Sunday 16.00
Costs: 375 Euro when registration and payment is completed before 01.11. After 01.11: 420 Euro.
Plus 20 Euro for the Sweatlodge
