Most of us forget that we came into this life simply “Being“.

There was nothing to “Do“ to be beautiful or loved - that came later... we started learning that we could be “apparently“ more attractive, lovable and accepted by doing - and... forgot ourselves.

Forgot, through our striving, that we are already full of treasures; sadly many of us never really become aware of what our real potential is and what is inside of us. Simply “Being“ is a very beautiful feminine place and if we don't ever experience that, we are always doing to be something. When we resonate from our being, doing has a radically different quality.

The “5 Rhythms“ conscious movement practice, are maps that guide us on our “treasure hunt“ back to the wonder of our bodies, helping us to rediscover our power, sensuality, sensitivity, vulnerability, reawakening the fire of love in our hearts, passion for life and connection to the Spirit.

When we are able to find this “Taste of being“ through and in motion, it can be an incredibly powerful experience and it is only a small step to re-integrate it into our daily lives.
