The Beauty of Movement


Our beauty is already present in us;

the 5 Rhythms conscious movement practice support us to remember our inner authentic, nature.

They are powerful maps that help us rediscover our hidden treasures and potential.

Nothing in us is lost, simply forgotten as we have to often hide and suppress beautiful, natural, parts of ourselves to survive in this society.


This day workshop is a first step, a safe space is created where we practice expressing these parts in our dance so we can learn to re-integrate them into everyday life, we then often regain feelings of self-love, power, clarity, sensitivity, inner balance and deep well being.

 

 

Once the emptiness is created
by throwing off artificial things,
pretensions, masks,
then the natural being starts flowing...
Be empty, loose and natural.
Let that be the most
fundamental principle in your life!
