Metamorphosis – Ongoing group 2012/2013 |
This is the seventh ongoing year workshop I am doing this time in the amazing forest Odenwald in Germany, near Frankfurt and the beautiful location called Landhaus Sonnenberg - Siddhana, a place that is so beautiful, magical, powerful and in the heart of nature, that we will be continually inspired – whatever the season.
Last year I completed the 2nd level training with Gabrielle Roth (Heartbeat) and we will also be using the maps of this work, re-learning to feel, express and heal our emotions in a safe environment mostly through dance and movement.
I feel very touched in my life and work by the intense shifts in the world at the moment and I am beginning to understand the necessity of, responding from the heart, I also continue to be inspired by such deep catalytic processes as “The Path of Love” and the 5 years intense healing of (my) trauma with my amazing teachers Krishnananda and Amana.
I love this year process more than anything else I do as we have "time" to explore and discover what is needed to wake up and really transform and recreate our lives so that we live from a place of pure self-acceptance and unconditional love.

This workshop is a journey back to our essence and pure potential. It is one of the deepest, most profound ways of experiencing this work and ourselves that I know. You will be travelling at your own speed and we as a group will build a safe environment where we can learn again to trust ourselves and others and use this process as a solid foundation and daily practice for a completely new way of living and relating.
There will be 5 modules in harmony with the seasons and we have almost 4 days for each Rhythm, really taking time to understand the deep nature of each one, healing whatever we need to. In this time we have the possibility to discover new strengths inside of us that we never knew existed, enjoy feeling alive again, awakening our sensitivity and creativity, and will start remembering our foundation, which are self love, self-respect and dignity to create the kind life we have always dreamed of.
I will be accompanied by 5 experienced and trusted assistants to help You feel seen and be supported on your journey. For the 2nd Level work, it is necessary that each participant has completed at least one “Waves” weekend with an accredited 5 Rhythms Teacher.
