Heartbeat-Workshop connecting with schamanic wisdom !
This unique process is a dynamic journey back to your pure, natural essence, we will be using the 5 Rhythms “Waves”, “Heartbeat” maps and Shamanic work to become conscious of and let go of all the parts that are in the way of You being in and responding from your heart, standing in your potential, and living from a place of pure sensitivity and creativity, power and love.
Many of our Rituals and Ceremonies contain the power of „Intitiation“ and those that we undertake alone or together are thousands of years old, reflecting the dance of humans with the forces of nature. Our deepest intention is to find a way that we are able to express the dance of Life as beautifully and with as much creativity as we can.
Using deep, movement and dance techniques, music, silence, rituals, ceremony, meditation, a direct connection with nature, the elements and the spirit world we will be inspiring and supporting You to re-connect with and heal your emotional body so that You re-gain access to your inner guide and teacher and can create your life new - in balance, harmony, inner nature and in tune with the natural laws of the universe.
Hans Kert, Certified Acupressure therapist. Trainings in TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine), Shamanic Medicine Ceremonies and Sweatlodge Leader. Most of my Shamanic knowledge comes from the Ancient Traditions of the Navajo and Cherokee, whose deep wisdom is far more than simply Shamanism, it is a Spiritual path called the „Blessed Way of Beauty“ or the „Sweet Medicine Way of the Sun Dance“. The Path of Shamanism, dreaming and healing arts has been enriching and influencing my life for a large part of my life and has been a major inspiration for my own awakening, transformation and continual opening of my heart.
We will be accepting a maximum of 20 participants, so early booking is highly recommended.
